Full Year Family Membership (Full Equity)

• Full club privileges for member, spouse, and unmarried children under age 25.
• The Tennis Club is a “member owned” equity club. Membership equity fluctuates with market value.
• Membership prices fluctuate with current market supply/demand. Sale of membership returns 70% of equity sales price to selling member in accordance with The Club’s by-laws.
• Annual dues are $80 per month or $850 per year.

Summer Family Membership (Summer Equity)

• Memberships prices fluctuate with current market supply/demand.
• Annual dues are $610 per summer or $225 month for three months.
• Summer memberships allow full club privileges from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Summer members may be on the swim team and in the summer tennis program.

Adult Individual (21 years and older)

• $50 initiation fee.
• Dues are $70 per month or $780 per year.
• No annual commitment. This membership can be bought on a month to month basis.
• Full club privileges year round.

  
  Junior Individual (under 21)

• $50 initiation fee.
• Annual dues are $40 per month or $425 per year.
• Junior members can participate in tennis programs, use tennis courts on a day of play basis, and use the swimming pool.
• Junior members cannot bring guests to the club or be on the swim team.
