GET TOUGH MISSION: To create an environment and experience where members/players can combine their own desire and determination, with “elite” sports training, in order to become technically, physically, and mentally tough.

What is the “Get Tough” Program?

Do you want to “Get Tough” within your tennis game? If so, this is the program for you!  Our goal with The Get Tough campaign is to create an environment and experience where players can combine their own desire and determination, with “elite” sports training, to become technically, physically and mentally tough. This program is designed to show a pathway for success from the ‘little ones’ all the way to the ‘young at heart.’

How can it help me?

The Get Tough Programs are developed to take your current skill level and your personal goals to determine a course in which you can work to accelerate your results. By using three critical avenues of development you will realize the level of play that you seek: Technically, Physically and Mentally. The content of our programs are specifically focused on developing strength in each of these areas, which in turn create a Technically, Physically and Mentally tough tennis player with proper fundamentals and techniques. With getting technically tough you can take your game to new heights. When you can quite worrying about how to stroke the ball and put all-out focus on repetition of stroke and muscle memory, it becomes more feasible to sustain rallies and create interesting points. With interesting points come longer rallies and the need to be more physically tough, no only for stamina, but for injury prevention. When you feel stronger and have confidence in your ability to stroke the ball correctly, you give yourself a fighting chance of gaining the confidence, self-esteem and discipline necessary to become mentally tough. With a little help, guidance and hard work you can Get Tough.

Fast Track Program Any age, any level tennis player. Players looking to get a “grip” on the correct swim techniques associated with achieving a higher level of tennis.

Private Lessons Scheduled with Salt Lake Swimming and Tennis Club Elite Sports Staff.

Juniors Scheduled group lessons from the smallest QuickStart beginner to Collegiate Elite players

Adults Scheduled group workouts with tennis players at your skill level.

Mental Training Seminars Scheduled periodically.

NTRP Adult League Play A Must for those looking to totally Get Tough! USTA Sanctioned Tournaments will create unmatched learning opportunities at all levels.
